Add a support address (SUPPORT_EMAIL) before launch.
Account questions are quickest from inside the app: Settings shows your plan, payments and Gmail connection, and lets you delete your account.
Got a message through Warmline and don't want more?
Enter your email address. No one using Warmline will be able to contact you through it again, including follow-ups already scheduled. We keep only a one-way hash of the address, not the address itself.
