Refunds and cancellation

Plain-language starting policy. Review it before a public launch.

What you buy

Pro, ₹499: 30 days of Pro features from the moment payment is confirmed. Interview Prep Pack, ₹299: one prep pack for one job. Credit packs (10 credits for ₹99, 30 credits for ₹249): 1 credit = 1 search or 1 contact lookup; credits don't expire. All of these are digital and delivered instantly in your account. Nothing is shipped.

Cancellation

There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal. Pro simply ends after 30 days unless you pay again, so there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

• Pro: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying and have added no more than 2 jobs since.
• Credit packs: unused credits from a pack are refundable within 7 days of buying it.
• Interview Prep Pack: a full refund if the pack fails to generate. Once generated it has been delivered, so it isn't refundable.
• Charged twice or charged without access? Always refunded in full.

How to ask

Use the address on the contact page with your Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or netbanking) and usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days.
